To meet your pets' dental needs, the Denver Veterinary Dental Service offers complete services including:

We recently added digital dental imaging to enhance our x-ray capabilities.

Estimates & Reports (back to top)

Dr. Eisner and TenderCare team members take the time to explain in detail pertinent information regarding the progress and care of your pet, both when in the dental clinic and in your care at home. We provide fee estimates, written home care instructions, and information sheets about your pets care and treatment. Dr. Eisner will also contact the referring veterinarian and send a written report after your pet’s visit.

Our computerized record system helps us keep track of your pet's dental needs. It generates a friendly reminder to help you remember when to schedule future appointments.

Payment Policy (back to top)

Our policy is payment in full at the time of service or discharge from the medical center. TenderCare processes your invoice and accepts major credit cards as well as checks and cash. They also offer CareCredit medical credit card for financing dental services. There is a minimum monthly service charge of $0.50 and 2% on unpaid balances after 30 days. If other arrangements are necessary, they must be approved prior to treatment.

Dr. Eisner will prepare an itemized written estimate. Please feel free to ask us any questions about the charges or policies before treatment is initiated. You have a right to understand our charges, and we want you to feel comfortable that you have been treated fairly.

For Your Pet's Safety (back to top)

Most dental procedures require us to administer anesthesia. If your pet is being admitted for dentistry, please withhold food the night before and morning of the appointment. Also, please remove your pet’s water dish the morning of the appointment. Pets will tolerate anesthesia better with an empty stomach and the risk of vomiting is reduced.
